Lynn’s company Sunrise Productions is teaming up with Ferguson, the nation’s number one wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, pipes, valves and fitting products to professional contractors, to create a new paradigm for selling music. Through this union, untapped markets will have access and awareness to established and new musical artists.

Lynn Bryant knows the obstacles an independent artist faces to have their music heard. Bryant, a former marketing executive within the construction industry, approached Chip Hornsby, President and CEO of Ferguson, with her music marketing idea to reach Ferguson’s untapped markets. The marketing plan created by Bryant and executed by Ferguson will roll out in Georgia and Texas with a total of 21 Ferguson locations. Lynn’s album Woman Enough will be one of three featured artists. Additional artists and locations will be announced in the coming months. Within each location, video monitors will play the artists’ videos and will sell the artists’ CDs.

“Through my experience working in the construction industry, I saw the potential of this market, which did not sell music to their customers,” said Bryant. “These customers are country music fans who will now be exposed to established artists while being introduced to new artists. I am thrilled to be part of this venture that will open doors for other artists to be acquainted with a growing fan base.”

Sunrise Productions will supply and ship all CDs and videos to Ferguson’s 21 participating locations. In turn, a portion of Bryant’s personal proceeds will go to her non-profit organization The Nancy Ferro Learning For Life Foundation, which provides a nurturing after-school environment for elementary age children to thrive and grow.
